To request a return, please call or email us within three (3) days of signed receipt delivery to request a return shipping label. Your return must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your request for return was received.
Returned items must be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches.
- Box your item securely in the original packaging.
- Packaging slip and original document MUST accompany your return.
- It is recommend you use a USPS return/delivery confirmation receipt.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping
- We do not accept packages that are not in their original state.
